DETROIT – There will be no celebrating on the Fourth of July for the Detroit Red Wings as prized free agent forward Zach Parise has signed with the Minnesota Wild.
This comes right after it was announced defenseman Ryan Suter inked a deal with the Wild as well.
GM Ken Holland may be working the phones this holiday to come up with Plan B to keep the Wings a contender this season and into the future.
