DETROIT — “You sit in that room, you work the phones, all your staff is there,” Holland said. “A name comes up, a phone call comes through, you look at everybody, here’s what it’s going to be, everybody’s nodding no, no, no, it doesn’t make any sense. You pick up the phone and say it doesn’t make any sense, so you make an offer and the other guy comes back and says ‘No, no, no, we don’t like what you’re offering.’ Well, that’s all we’ve really got to offer. It is what it is. We like our team, I like our depth. So we’ll see.”
