DETROIT – Nicklas Lidstrom (ankle) and Kyle Quincey (groin) are both questionable for Tuesday’s game in Columbus.
“He got hit in the ankle with the puck last game,” Wings coach Mike Babcock said of Lidstrom’s injury. “It rimmed around the boards and he put his foot up. I think he’ll be ready tomorrow, we’re not certain.
“We sent (Quincey) out for tests there was nothing,” Babcock added. “I never know with those things. (Brendan) Smith is playing for sure. (Jakub) Kindl and Smith are playing for sure. Then we’ll see on the other guys. If we need another guy, we’ll go to (Doug) Janik.
