DETROIT – Quick update from practice at City Arena, Darren Helm and Tomas Holmstrom both didn’t skate and both won’t play Tuesday night in Dallas.
Both are suffering from groin injuries.
“It feels a lot better,” Helm said.
Helm won’t even make the trip.
“I’m going to stick around here and get treatments,” Helm said. “Hopefully I’ll be ready for the weekend and the father’s trip. They want me to stay off longer. They have more experience than I do so I’ll listen to them and stay off it longer.”
