Zetterberg out at least next two games

DETROIT — Henrik Zetterberg will miss the final two regular season games against the Chicago Blackhawks.

After that his status will be listed as day-to-day.

Zetterberg had an MRI done on his leg Thursday and missed practice.

Zetterberg was hit at the Carolina blue line by Bryan Allen midway through the first period of the Wings’ 3-0 loss to the Hurricanes Wednesday night.

Zetterberg leads the Wings with 80 points.
